Why Choose PITP?
THE Professional Development Club for IT Students
Being the Purdue Polytechnic Institute's only student organization for professional development, PITP is there for students in the Department of Computer & Information Technology to hone their skills and work ethic beyond the classroom.

From weekly meetings and workshops to career fairs and yearly computing challenges, PITP has everything students need for their respective successes.
Countless Meetings for Professional Development
Throughout the entire school year, PITP hosts weekly meetings catered towards students' professional and educational development. These meetings include resumé workshops, tech talks, career fair prep, and more!

Check the calendar under the "Meetings" page for upcoming meeting dates.
Yearly Career Fair for IT Students
Each year in the Fall semester, PITP hosts the largest student-run career fair on campus. With focus on students in the CIT Department, numerous companies attend looking to recruit students for internships and full-time employment.

Several students who attend this career fair will find their full-time jobs or summer internships, and if not, they will walk away with a slew of connections in the workforce!
